    My brain is drawing a parallel to the difficulty most of us were having with finding 22lr a couple of years ago...
    Because of hoarders....

    A little ... Knives, Spikes, Axes , maybe even an atlatl throw or two.. long time ago :} I do know you can remove a broken regular light bulb with a half a potato jammed into it once the power is off :}.....Ahem so I have been told lol and a double pane window sounds like a small caliber rifle shot going off when broken. Oh and for the record cell phones did not have video then so nope records do not exist! And it only took one small rag and some electrical tape. Make sure you wear boots !! That's my story and I am sticking too it!!

    CUrious about how much they cost to make..I'm sure they aren't free.

    I'd be willing to kick in a little $$ to get another run made if that helps..

    @MTgirl I messed up the multiquote on this

    Oh there are many more and wayyyyy better out there then I ever was, start with darts to get your muscle memory down. Do not believe movies where they throw regular pocket knives, not that it can't be done but you would have to practice a known distance for a long time to get muscle memory right . There are many ways to skin a cat just as there is skin a finger , knuckle etc so throwing style is what ever you are comfortable with . Start with a set of dull knives , axes, spikes if you can't get dull ones. Training spikes you can make out of nails just weigh them cut them to weigh the same as your spikes round the tips, knives and axes if you do not get dull ones put packing tape over the edges they will still stick in foam, hay , balsa wood , pine. Plywood is actually very hard due to the glues. Start at a known distance and adjust till you hit correctly then move back same routine . once you get good at gauging distance to muscle power you will do ok . Oh and make sure no one is around you would be surprised how far back they can come but also have a cell in case you need to call an ambulance. If you stick one in deep LEAVE it in there call the ambulance and wait. You are however, on your own of you do any of the above as the saying goes your mileage may vary. :}
