Most of the aftermarket took their styling cues from the Raptor, Raptor took its black plastic fenders from the 1st gen....

    Fair trade to me

Cheese grater is in the box the pro grill came in... its silver with many holes just like your pic.

I see you haven't posted a pic of your grill for comparison / criticism.... can't take heat?

Maybe not in official capacity, but the Satoshi mod existed way back in 1st Gens, as a tribute to the old school Toyota on the trucks.

So in that regard it was always available, you just didn't have a store-bought solution.

Satoshi mod also looked like shit to me when I saw it back on TTORA when it came out, doesn't look right on a 3rd gen. Makes the large mouth look like a gaping black hole.

Store bought mod..... you guys make your wheels too?

Easy guys, I'm making an observation, not taking sides. I never meant to imply a store bought mod was a bad deal or a cop out.

I plan on doing many of those mods.

So..I recently tried to paint some of the interior trim, to match the quicksand. Course the paint I got and from what I saw, another member did the same color was way off. I also in the past purchased Dr. Colorchip for the small rock chips and stuff. Product works great, however that color is WAY darker then my truck. When I have used it, I would have to mix Toyota Super White, almost half and half to get the color to match. I went to NAPA and they said that I can get a pint of 4V6 which is the color code of the truck for like 30$ and I can use the paint booth at work to paint the trim to match. Anyone have trouble matching this paint or did I get a unmatched color from Dr. Colorchip? Anyone have a color spray can or something that matches these trucks?? Id hate to get the paint mixed and goto paint the stuff again, only for it to be off again..Here is the trim..

Just installed my Southern Style Offroad slimline bumper and plasti-dipped the grille on my quicksand! Finally starting to look respectable!

@RedBeard1 Texas is a big state, just curious what part you're in? Awesome start on the rack BTW.
