Yep, those. I've read about the bed flex and figured I'd stiffen things up a bit before the shell goes on.

    Nice rig, by the way.

Yea I haven't had any issues with my bed yet so I went ahead and purchased these. I love the use I've gone out of them.

Thanks man, she is a work in progress.

I don't think "done" is actually a thing with these trucks. There's always that one more thing you "need". :D

That is very true. I told myself I wouldn't do anything to it when I first bought it, but after getting home from A-Stan I had a ton of stuff ordered. Now I'm looking at upgrading my rear suspension, re-gearing, and OBA/bed storage.

I've only had mine for a few months, so I'm just getting started. Trying not to go too crazy with the spending. It's already gotten a bit out of hand with the supercharger and the shell. So many more things I'd like to do. It's hard to pace myself. :D

For me, figuring out what needs to be installed before other items has been the harder part.

IF you have not already, remove the top and add butyl tape to the corners ( and anywhere where there a nicks in the rubber seal) then set the cap back down and secure it. This will help make everything watertight.

Some stick on chrome from pep boys
Agreed, foam tape is used within the cap industry for one reason. It's cheap.

Not sure if you misunderstood? What I suggested was not foam tape. Butyl tape is actually a putty type material that sticks to just about anything. It's used in windows, boats, and cars etc. A very good waterproofing / sealing tape.

Looking Good! Love the front runners! I'm debating to keep the cap and run a similar set up or ditch the cap and go bedsides.
