Just got home from wild and wonderful WV. Left down there at 6 AM, just got home. Fucking NY and CT traffic.

Takes 10 hours, taking into consideration stopping for gas and stuff.

Yeah, not too bad, unless you hit traffic, which we did on the way back, around the Palisades mall in NY and getting into CT.

I was in Newbury recently and noticed that their music and movie sections continue to shrink. Soon they'll just be down to just New Releases.

My wife let me keep my collection (4000+ albums) on the condition that I get proper storage cases and keep them out of the way. I bought a bunch of hard cases and organized everything so I can easily pull what I want to listen to out of the storage area.

She didn't want to store hers and is getting rid of her old albums and 45s - they're free to whoever wants them. Around 200 albums / 200 45s, mostly '70's & '80's stuff. At the risk of stereotyping, it's mostly "girl music", quieter than I prefer. I don't want to list everything here, but if anyone is interested, drop me a PM and I can provide details. I'll even deliver them (within a reasonable distance). I would much rather find them a good home than toss them in the dumpster.

My wife is from Brockton. I've become pretty indifferent to the city honestly.

I'm watching the first Fast snd Furious movie...so many memories. I miss my import car days, even if my Honda was the slowest car in any given quarter mile radius.

I had the quarter panels replaced to get rid of the Honda rust, newer model trunk swap with updated tail lamps, wheels/tires, GReddy Lip, Apex-I exhaust, Neuspeed suspension bits, AEM intake, Prelude Recaro seats, ultra rare side skirts, rare OEM fogs, etc., etc.

Even with full I/H/E it was a dog, but it handled really well. I touched nearly every nut and bolt in that car short of a motor swap. I do truly miss it. My best friend has a 92 Civic Si hatch that was slammed with a Wings West Big Mouth...I really miss that car.

...now I own a pickup and a Corvette. WTF happened to me?

What do you need? Ventvisors, detailing supplies, all weather mats, anything like that would be at or near the $50 limit.

    What year did she graduate?

I've been to many a crappy bar/club in that city over the years. Almost got carjacked when I was 21.

Sadly that's all music stores. I loved the Avon NC and went there once a week or so till it closed. Now the closest ones are 20-30 min away..might as well just hit the Norwood one. If I just want an impulse trip there's a FYE near my dart bar but I hate the damn place.

Just installed my CB radio. Im going to order a spare tire mounted antenna tonight for better reception than the magnet mounted one.

    Morning, all.

I believe that Clarkson would say that you've turned into a middle-aged fat man. :notsure:

Could be worse, though. For instance, I've got 3 trucks and no Corvette. I skipped 'middle aged fat man' and went straight to 'cranky grandpa' :D

I barely drive the evo, but I just can't get up enough to sell her. I dread driving her since she's running good now and just won't pass emissions... I figured I'll just bring her to the shop this year, put a new built head on her and then call it a day with the motor until I get more cash saved up for her. Right now everything I'm saving for "fun" funds is going to the trucks' suspension.....

Just heard the warning indicator on the front brakes, I'll have to take care of those when I get back. Going to upgrade with some hawk performance pads and rotors since it's cheaper than going OEM... I'll probably do the brake lines as well since I plan on lifting in the spring. Anyone ever had issues with their calipers before, do they need rebuilds often?
