What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Yeah but I thought of that too. Cause I do the same thing without even realizing. I'm at 5k miles now. And it seems over time even with my driving habits, it's gone up? Weird I know. Hope the same goes for you. How many miles do you have

 

Damn that's the best I've seen. Myne is stock and on my trip to NH I got 19 to 20mpg. And that was pedal to the floor at a consistent 90 Mph. I was bombing there. Couldn't get over the fact that this truck drove so smooth

 

Finally removed the front air dam this morning. Also added bedside decals. I have a SR5 so I didn't keep the Off Road part on. Yay or nay?

 

Actually at the stealership getting my 5k service at this moment.

 

Looks good. I think the offroad on the bottom makes it look too bulky in a way. I need to rid of mine.

 

As you prob already know from on this page,ask about ,well demand theyou perform that TSB rev one thingy and ask to check your trans fluid. I just did the 5k service but had to schedule to bring it in this sat for that other shit to be done

 

Asked for them to manually check the Trans fluid after a month of having it. And got the first tsb. Left it at the dealer and went home for about 8 hours. They told me it's fine, but it was never on the paperwork. I should probably just take it to a different dealer who doesn't work around.
Although I haven't had any issues since getting the first tsb. So idk.

 

Yeah ill literally be standimg on top of these people and make sure they do it. Had enough trouble ay the dealer I got my truck. I have zero fucks now about what they wanna tell me. Stop talking and get the shit done. Better not give me that oh it don't need it or ,oh we did it already

 

Got tired of the Brace Face look of the TRD grill. I have the week off so I dipped mine, painted the Toyota emblem and painted the grill surround. I used a can of Plasti-Dip on the grill and two cans of Dupli-Color Super White II (040) on the surround and emblem. The Dupli-Color is a close match, but not perfect.

Its much better than stock. Still may do the Custom Mesh grill with TOYOTA block letter emblem one day. Cheers!

WTF!!?? I'm only getting about 15.5 around town - 17 highway. Stock TRD OR CrewCab Long Bed with 265/75 BFG KO2s and about 1800 miles on the clock. Figure it will start getting better as the engine gets broken in though.

 

It's those ko2's bro. everyone else's stock tires are Wranglers.

I was actually laughing my ass off that the rolling rock matched everything. And yes snowboarder I also ski but prefer snowboarding I taught both for about 7 years. Kinda thinking about getting back into some skiing though. I was nervous to put green on that blue but I've always had boring trucks so I felt like mixing it up. This was my last taco.
