    Haha it was always fun catching theives when I worked there.

    Most of the theft was the employees.

    One guy had it figured out but we caught on too quick. He was taking performance exhaust and intake manifolds!!!! The store manager parked across the street at Lowes one night and saw him taking them out the rear door and throwing them in the garbage for him to pick up later. Needless to say he lost his job....

    Maybe, and who knows. I might end up going that route. I've changed my mind on so many things with this truck already. It will be nice to have the locker in any case, and if I decide to buy a 4x4, the locker might make a nice selling point.

    It's probably just controlling the brake of the spinning wheel so the torque will transfer to the other wheel.

    From what I have read, all I need is the axle, harness, actuator, and a switch. Maybe can find an OEM one out of a junker.
