not a bad idea to swap them out if you're doing the pads, rotors and lines. The seals can get hard over time.

Morning everyone. Another slow day here at the warehouse. But it does give me more time on TW so I guess it's not all bad.

I'm still here for similar reasons. The F150 forum is SOOOOO slow.

Was good. Busy traveling around. Yesterday was the first real day off from being somewhere or doing something.

    How was yours?

Kinda funny. I know Tacomas are very popular but so are Wranglers and F150's. I don't get why the other forums aren't booming. Especially the Wrangler forums. Tons of people that have them mod them, not so much with the Fords though. Still waiting for Ford to come back with a Bronco :tumbleweed:

They've been threatening to bring it back for a while. I think with the Edge and Flex, it might be a while...

Could have sworn that I read that Ford was bringing the Bronco back into production. Maybe 2018? If they do that, hopefully Chevy will bring back the Blazer. My first vehicle was an 83 K5 Blazer with a 3 speed 305.

    Good got everything I wanted!

Well not really. I only got everything I could afford. Lol

That one looks like an F150 in the front and an Edge in the back. I kinda prefer the one I posted because it mixes the look of an original Bronco with a Land Rover

Tons of people modding F150's on there too. Just the threads are really slow.

I belong to a couple of Dodge threads for repair support on the beasts, and they're just as slow or worse, depending on the time of year. So maybe the Toyota fanboys (and fangirls) are just extra rabid. :notsure:

Ok, so you wanna talk Fords in here... So my cousin wants to buy my Tacoma, which I originally told him I'd be doing for sure this spring. Reason being I was going to buy a full size (most likely F150) because of hauling my snowmobile and trailer. This may not even happen since the Taco pulls my trailer really well and the airbags are awesome. But for the sake of conversation, and because I'm still not totally decided, which F150 motor would I want? I tow all the time, winter and summer, but nothing actually heavy, but I can't seem to get my head around a boosted 2.7L motor when my Tacoma is a 4.0L. And another question, can I get into a new one fairly well equipped for under $40k?

Or maybe the old farts who still work on their other trucks are too busy doing so to chitchat online and don't own a computer or smartphone..

Need some cb antenna help. I have the mag mounted one right now and i could live with it and mount it nicely. Problem with that is i dont have a metal roof, its finerglass. So im buying a teraflex mount as seen in the picture and another pic there for reference of where it goes but now the problem becomes buying the antenna and the wire.

I measured it out and the highest i can go is a four foot antenna because of the garage and that leaves two feet above the truck with the top on and 3 1/2 above with the top off.

The mag mount i have now is just soudered to a bolt which then screws in the antenna. Since it only cost $14 for it should use the wire and take it off the magnet then connect it the antenna i buy?

I already have vent visors and just the basic armor all wipes for cleaning, protection, and glass (leather interior). I would love to get some weathertechs but seems like a whole set would be over $50 which is fine too. Looking to start doing some mods hopefully soon too

haha should I go for the gallon size? seems more appropriate...love the website too http://www.chemicalguys.com/Stripper_Scent_Premium_Air_Freshener_16_oz_p/air_069_16.htm
