Tapping out the main long bolt.

Id get some new bushings while you're at it. Can't hurt. As in poly ones.

Long drift to realign the fucking bitch is more important and the biggest pain.

Yea if you do that it'll be fine. No need to tap anything with a fuse tap. Just tap the main power wire on the parking lights.

Id still want them on their own switch. But that's just me.

Yeah thats the other option. it came with a lame circle toggle but I could cut the wires and attach to a nicer switch

Yea the stock switch is a bit lame. Easy fix though.

Good couple days for the build.

Threw together a @Blackdawg style washer fluid reservoir. Hopefully I can get it installed this weekend, and hopefully that will be the end of my tire rubbing saga.

Ordered a Pioneer Bluetooth head unit.

Ordered a powertrax no-slip rear locker.

Both should be here by the weekend. :woot:

    haha, gotcha!

Ok cool. I do have new bushings waiting. Got them from wheelers.

what's so bad about aligning? I'm taking it straight to the shop after.

Here ya go. Tough to get pics of a light but you can get the drift here. The light is MUCH whiter and useful vs. the tired yellow lights I had. Took pics in a dark garage in a vain attempt to show the sheer kick ass-ness of this upgrade.

1st pic is taken through my tinted windows in a dark garage.

Another pic of the map lights with me laying on the seats cuz that's how I roll.

Get these leds from jumper. Worth the money and they work great.

Hope the pics help. If not, then bite me! I'm going back in to take a nap.

    Taco Out.

It's less Tacoma and more mod
He means aligning the rack to get the long bolt through. Its a pain without either a huge drift punch or an alignment bar to pull the whole thing so that the hole in the rack and the hole in the crossmember are concentric.

Lookin' Good! I just ordered some LED's from jumper for my reverse lights. The ones I ordered have 10- 5 watt CREE LED's inside and give off approximately 900 lumens. They just shipped today. I got all my other LED's for my whole interior upgrade from superbrightleds.com. But decided to support a TW Vendor instead this time! I'm lazy too. Cause I have a set of 4D optic pods that put out 2500 lumens that I could of wired & mounted on my rear TG bumper but instead just bought those LED's from jumper! Nap time!
