If you ordered the bumper bare that would be something that would be easy to do. We arent currently in a place where we can do custom stuff, just too high of a work load right now. But it may be possible in the future. I know that it wouldnt be hard to have a local offroad shop do either.

I've been waiting to ask about getting a bumper like you made for Rebel Offroad, but in aluminum, however it seems you just keep getting busier.

Quick question about your 2012-2015 front bumpers - what are the dimensions of the fog light and light bar cutouts?

His bumper was just a 3 hoop in aluminum powder coated which you can find on the website.

I do not have the exact dimensions on hand. The fogs fit any standard 4 cube LED light and the light bar j=is just big enough for the rigid SR 20" light bar or Baja Designs 20" S8 light bar. That may help you find the dimensions.

Yeah I was looking at the S8 and the XL-R80 (Dimensions: 4.43" x 3.65" x 4.43") which is a tad bit bigger than the standard 4"x4" lights.

The Fog Pockets on the @Pelfreybilt front bumper fit PERFECTLY with out Squadron-R Auxiliary Lights. They measure out ~ 3.5" Tall x3.5" Wide x2.77" Deep

Really? I thought you made it extra wide to match the 4" fiberglass fenders. Ok

    @Pelfreybilt

Two questions on the rear bumper gates.

What was the change to go from Rotopax Mount to the Dual Nato Jerry Can Mounts?
Also, is the Hi-Lift Mount horizontal or vertical on it?

    Thanks,

I don't know if this question has been answered previously or not ... if I get a steel bumper with either center hoop only or no hoop at all, what sort of suspension upgrades would I need to do on my 2006 2wd PreRunner? I have Bilstein 5100 shocks with stock spring and Daystar 2 1/2 inch spacer lift with BFG KO AT's. Right now I'm running an Avid Light bar up front with stock skid plate.

    Thanks

I am not 100% sure what you are asking for the first question. The rotopax mount is a flat surface ready to install a rotopax mounting system to and the nato carrier is a shelf with locking mechanism used to hold 2 jerry/nato cans on the rear gate.
The Hi-lift mount is horizontal below the tire and fuel mounts.

Like on the website, it does not offer Rotopax as an option for the gate only the Nato Jerry Can holder. So if I do not do the Nato Jerry Can holder the rotopax holder is already there? So the Jerry Can is an add on for that flat surface?

Also, are their any options to add a camp light onto the bumper at all or would that need to be something that I would need to do myself?

You will most likely have to upgrade your coils depending on what shocks you are running. I am not familiar with the spacer lift enough to tell you what will happen with the addition of more weight. If you are trying to keep it cheap I would recommend ditching the spacer lift and doing either OME shocks or bilstiens up front with the correct weight coils.

The Rotopax mount comes standard. So if you select none for the carrier options it comes standard with the plate to use the rotopax mounts. The Jerry Can holder is welded on the gate instead of the plate when that option is chosen. The only options we provide are the ones on the website so a camp light would be something you would have to add. There are a lot of great write ups on here. I know that @Blackdawg has/had an awesome telescoping camp light the last time I went out camping with him. I am sure he knows a thing or two!
