Yep....Since I live in the middle of nowhere I sort of rolled the dice with the shop I had do my install. Could have driven a couple of hours to a higher-end shop (or the dealer) but it probably would have paid $300 or so more for the work, and then it would have been painful to have it looked at again if I uncovered anything (well, anything more than the shock mounts) that was messed up. Am thinking I can just grind it down a bit more to make it look uniform, or maybe have someone do a little welding for me to patch it up.

    Dude...the Clazzio's are a must, I can't imagine not having them.

There are a lot of options on bumpers out there - but if you're looking for a hybrid-style that maintains the original lines, the folks at Southern Style Offroad are great to deal with.

Yeah man I've def been thinking about it. I have 2 fur babies so I've had a couple seat hammocks but theres nothing like leather. I just got rid of a 14 sierra I had for 6 months, only thing I miss is the space, and the leather seats lol so i'll def be going that route. How hard was the install? Ive heard the real hard part is the clips I guess that go under the seat.

as far as the bumper, man I wish they made higher bumpers like the one from ARB, that's just way too bulky for me. I love the allproofroad Baja 2.0 because it sits higher than the average bumper. (that's one thing I miss about 2nd gens, the smaller grills allowing bumpers to sit high)

I wouldn't call it "hard"...just tiresome (but totally worth it.) Hardest part for me was getting them under the plastic pieces that surround the headrest stanchions. As long you set aside 2 hours or so for the install and don't get frustrated (and don't mind crawling around the cab in some weird ways to apply your body weight in certain directions!) it's no big deal.

    They're RhinoRamps:

I don't know if I'd trust them alone with my life if I was doing work farther under the vehicle, but for the skid plate install there was enough clearance that even if one of them gave I'd be ok where I was positioned.

You'll enjoy them! Not as flashy as a new suspension, but something you'll get a little bit of satisfaction out of every time you hop in the truck. ;)

My daughter wanted me to take her out to a fancy lunch at her favorite restaurant in the new wheels. Too easy.

Got to compare the truck to a stock TRDOR DCSB today. Totally stoked I made the extra effort to find a long box....also reminds me I need to plasti dip/remove some of the badges.

Yep...let me know if you run into any issues....I had lots of help from other folks on the forum when I did mine. It's not a hard install, but some of the instructions aren't terribly clear.
