I have a Tac-Con trigger in my Rockriver that I bought for the fun of it and can do mag dumps really well.....It's a really remarkable trigger smooth, clean and a reset that's extremely insane. It's not for everyone but it is a blast too shoot.

Do those work with 22's, I've had one on a regular 223, But is there a Knouff energy to make that function on a 22?

How are you liking it? Pros/cons? I've narrowed down my search to this rifle. Best price out the door I've found is $620.
Edit: $670. Waiting to see what happens with prices as tax season approaches.

@MadDaddy So far it's great, I've put several hundred rounds through it now. Took a little bit to get used to the sight picture.
Otherwise no complaints, everything operates smoothly.
I'm looking to get a red dot for it now.

Idk if you're looking for a certain brand or just a price point but I bought a .223 from Live Free Armory and have put a few hundred rounds through it no issues. I love the thing.

Now FWIW, I am not and do not claim to be a gun guru however for the price point at $600 bones you really do get a pretty stacked long gun.

I means it's nothing compared to my work gun in the army lol but I can't complain. I really look at it as I feel I got a great foundation for the $600 I paid.

Ya we actually just got "upgraded" weapons. By upgraded I mean lighter trigger and extended weighted handrail. Not sure the exact spec on how light the trigger is but it was a significant difference in what I was used to.

Ya I have always wondered the same. I've brought mine to range days and really other than looks and weight it's hard to tell but realistically, the quality of the material I would imagine is stronger in my mil weapon just because that thing takes a real beating.

They would be 95% exactly the same. You can buy or build the exact M4 the Army uses with the exception of the slightly different lower and fire control group. They are nothing special, just a tool designed to be used roughly and still work. The triggers are just as bad as any milspec trigger you've used in an AR15.

This was what I thought however I know we had new triggers installed that were a lighter pull. This was most likely just because of the unit I'm in though.

Nope. Normal forged aluminum lower and upper, just like any other quality AR15. Stock is the same cheap one you find on most basic M4 style builds.

That thing scares me. It's like a AR with webbed fingers, probably should've been aborted or at least drowned after birth.
