    A couple of rear window decals...
    The installation is almost complete. I got the front done yesterday, but for the brake lines and bump stops. Got the bump stop done today. The the rear suspension removed and the new part in place just need to torque everything down once I got some more loctite. It timing works out I'll get the carrier bearing drop kit and brake lines installed tomorrow. Had a couple issues getting the rear installation done. First issue was the lower shock mount. I tried for a lot longer than I should've to mussel it into place, but it just wouldn't fit. Took it back out and looked things over. Ended up installing a different bushing than were put in at the factory. Still a tight fit, but it worked. To compound my difficulties, my parents took the grandkids out for the day, so I lost my apprentice's help for most of the day. Once the shock was on I found a clearance issue with the unbolt flip kit and the shock body. I had to do some trimming on the mounting plate. I cut about a 1/2" off the corner, think I have enough clearance now. Cross your fingers for a better tomorrow. The whole family is going to see Rogue One, then out to lunch at Hooters. I hope I get the time to complete everything after the family time is over. I am certifiably exhausted! But the truck is going to be bad ass!!:thumbsup:

    Edit: just looked up the current book value (over 115k miles now) and OUCH...

    when i bought it book value was $12k, now its $4k :(
    welp... guess i'm keeping it till it explodes.

    we got to WA yesterday, only real problem was the uhaul trailer blowing at 70 mph on a 2 lane highway in the middle of nowhere, NV. took 3 hours for uhaul to do the logistics and get us a spare. fucking sucked. but we made it safe as a family across the country.

    truck arrives 31st or the 1st. getting an ARB locker installed in the rear. good things coming.

    yea, heather was really worried we were going to get kareemed by traffic with the baby (I did too, but couldnt let her know that). ended up callin highway patrol ( closest person was 60 miles away) to come and sit with us with their lights on to help slow traffic while we waited. couldnt pull off the road as far as I wanted to with the ice so they def made us a little calmer since cars are more apt to slow down for blue lights than just hazards.

    thankfully everything went smooth...just slow

    Probably top 5 worst calls of all time. I had a family of 5 that were coming in to see family for the holidays, few years ago....
    only two kids survived the wreck
    No family close, just
    Man it was pure hell that day

    So I am very very thankful that you and your family are alright. You kept a cool head and handled it well!
    Just always stay in the vehicle. The only time I would ever get out is personal safety, life or death for someone else I really cared about, or a Leo told me too

    (Or I'm at work and have too... )
