A shout out to Toytec. Just had the 1/2" top plate spacers installed on my TRD Sport Access Cab. Truck sits nice and level. Maybe a quarter inch higher in the back. Just what I was going for.

Flame me if you want. It's what I wanted. It's a truck and rides appropriately for those spacers.

Here is what she looks like with the Toytec spacers.

Very slight driveline vibration coming from the needle bearing. May try a differential drop first and then the ECGS bushing. It's not really that noticeable but it is there.

I love how the truck looks now.

Looks like either a diff spacer kit or maybe a sway bar spacer kit?

I got the sway bar dropped but this is from the fox coil over box so I do not think it is for the diff. Maybe spare parts

They don't look like misalignment spacers so I assume you have those installed already. The bolts look like the top hat bolts for the coilovers. Or are they spare parts may even for the residents mount if you were to mount it a different way?

Just purchased this 2" Rough Country Leveling Kit until I can get what I really want. I'm looking at the Nitto Ridge Grapplers in 285/70/17, anyone think I'll run into rubbing problems? Thanks!

Ok, through 155 pages I have only seen one guy with what he says is a 3/2 and is running 33x12.50's, but I've tried to contact him and he hasn't answered and hasn't logged in in a long time. My question is has anyone heard or seen whether those tires will fit on a 20x10 with between -18 and -24 offset, with a 3/2 lift, with a CMC done, without rubbing? Or at least without rubbing badly?

    2" lift,18"rims, 32" tires,pro shifknob, black emblems etc
I pretty much got the same size tires
I end up "sanding" about 1/8" of the air dam though
No big deal ,easy to do
I got the same spacers for my sport as well
The rear end up 3/4" lower than the front so I put 1/2" blocks in the rear and now the truck is almost level ,maybe 1/4" higher in the front but that's nothing and I like it .
U prob gonna get a little "vibration" after the lift so u gonna have to replace the ADD bearing with a new bushing .
After u get all of this done the truck should look and drive better than stock,at least mine did

Well, that's why I'm asking is because I want to run 33x12.50's and I'm trying to find out what I need. I don't like for trucks to look like they skipped leg day at the gym so I'm trying to find out what the lowest lift is that will clear them. Meaning I dont want to do a 6in lift to run 33's. So I'm just trying to see if a 3/2 (block, AAL, whatever) will clear.

I'm not sure ,if it clears it will b very close
I was asking because if u do that ur gonna put new(longer) rear shocks right ?
At 2" in the rear your stock shocks will be almost to the max

Again, I don't know. Was just curious if anyone could tell me with no uncertainty what I would need. Toytec said I would probably need a 3/1 or 3/2, CMC and a 1in body. Not that I think they don't know what they're talking about, but if this other guy (or anyone else for that matter) in fact did it, I just wanted a few details on the results.

33x12.50 is a wide tire. So to clear that you are going to need 3/2 assuming you are trying to also get as level as possible. Toytec suggests the 1 inch body lift so that you do not have to trim the plastic or sheet metal body at all. You can skip the body lift if you don't mind clearing maybe a little bit of plastic or metal to insure no rubbing. The CMC will be necessary to insure you do not rub the body mount. With the 2 inch rear lift ( block or AAL) you are going to want a longer shock to help maintain ride quality.

On top of all of that you will want to look into UCA'S for the front. While some 3rd gens have gotten away with a stock UCA it will not last long. And if you are doing it right the first time I suggest getting a UCA so you can get your alignment right.

    He'll need UCA'S for the front because he's putting a 3" lift?
    I put a 2" in the front ... I should b ok with stock ones right ?

Thanks for the info gramps! It seems from what i've read that the magic number on lift and UCA's is 2.5 But if i were to lift it 2.5 or less i couldnt fit the 33x12.50. Considering that not having 33's wouldn't necessarily be the end of the world, i could be satisfied with a 285/55 20 and run a -18 20x9 wheel. BUT... could i even clear a 285/55 20 with only 2.5 or less lift? i'd like to not have to add the cost of UCA's on top of all the other stuff i'm spending on (i know, cry me a river, right?).

Read 155 pages and still don't know what I need for good offroading and good street driving, true 3" lift that will fit 33" tires. LOL
