Yeah, the best I could do would be $766 after tax. So if he's swinging $715 shipped he's got it good.

Do you know who he's using to ship them? I always get bent over on shipping wheels.

I loathe dealing with them. Bad experiences on international packages.

Put in my RSIs, easier that i thought it would be. The light output is beyond satisfactory, no longer have the urge for retros. Cut off isnt as clean but the right side rise for LHD is adequate and clean.

Nice, I went ahead and ordered the Rigidhorse bulbs @Silverspool mentioned yesterday. Supposed to arrive tomorrow. They're advertised as 6500k whereas the PIAA LEDs I just installed are 6000k. I'm interested to see how much more blue they may be than the fogs. Hopefully a close match that also won't have much if any glare. I'll take some similar pics for reference.

Awesome man, hope they turn out well.

I did unbolt the washer tank and loosened the battery tie down. I slid the batter towards the cab and to the left slightly. That gave enough room to install the bulbs without removing the headlight assemblies.

I tried telling folks we needed to go west with the November one, but folks voted east. I believe with the Feb one, I dont give a F what people say, it will be west side. You guys have gone east every time pretty much so its time to camp out on yalls side of town for the day

Maybe we can do east and west every other one. Two wests in a row kind of sucks and is way too far to drive. Just a thought.

Grapevine is considered central location. The idea long time ago was to alternate, and then we began the voting system. I believe alternating is the best option, but majority of members do live central/east, but no matter what we do someone will feel its not the right thing

Yea its tough to please everyone. The fact still remains that there has NEVER been a meet in Fort Worth. Lets do one in Ft Worth proper next.

I get that. But technically most of Grapevine is in Tarrant County. So to me that's not exactly central. Thinking out loud here, but maybe in the future what we could do is set up a poll of options based on central Dallas (anywhere between downtown all the way north to Plano area), west of Dallas (like Grapevine) and then actual Fort Worth. Alternate between the three areas, but still use the poll based on what area we are in for that month. Again, just another thought.

Ive only run this for one meet but the issue is that hardly anyone willing to actually meet recommends a place but is quick to judge the places considered.

For January's poll, I added a location north of fort worth, smack dab in the middle of fort worth. East of Fort Worth and northeast of Fort Worth. The majority chose north east. That worked well for this side of town but that still isolates the guys in west fort worth who were willing to go to the location near downtown. The feb meet will accomodate that crew, then we can revist the dallas or "west of dallas" area after that.
