I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
The bolts are stainless it's the grille that will rust if the coating was cut when you install it.

What product do you recommend for fixing any issues or rust? Black rustoleum?

It depends on what coating is on the grille. If it's the thermoset powder just about any paint would work for touch ups. The new thermoplastic can be touched up with a little heat from a torch and adding a little powder.

You'd probably already have your grille if you had ordered when you were first thinking about it.

Am I correct that the tattoo needle grommits you are providing now is supposed to help reduce the possibility of rust?

They hep reduce the possibility of the end user scratching the coating.

Shipment 3 this week 79 grilles out the door! That puts us at over 400 built and shipped between the recessed and Eco grille in just about half of 2016 from a 3 man crew id say that's pretty good.

Only 30 pending back orders left as of right now all were ordered in November and December most from the Thanksgiving sale but we're getting there.

Got mine yesterday night! Love the way it looks with the rigid fogs and the BPF skidplate. Happy as fak! Awaiting on the rigid brackets so that I can get rid of that shitty Led bar and put my Rigid SR-30" Midnite edition on .IMG_8032.jpgIMG_8033.jpg

Just chiming in to say that my recessed grill still looks brand new, no signs of rust anywhere and was one of the early one pre-grommets being included.

Loving the look of the new eco grilles.

As far as the business practices go most custom fab shops charge up-front (from my experience shopping from multiple vendors through the years).

I can only think of one place that didn't charge up-front and that place was 50% up-front and 50% at time of shipment - and if you cancelled at anytime the original 50% was non-refundable.

    this looks sooo good!

idk if it's cuz i really like black with that girl or cuz i really want a hood scoop.
think it's gay i spend all this money on a off road and don't get the bad ass hood...

instead i get a lame hood woth a gillette razor style grill lol

and trd pro's r too much $$ just for visuals along with the off road features.

end of short rant, ill be ordering your grill tonight

It's very low with 6 plus hours spent on every grille the profit margin is low.
