    Thanks!!

You know I was just about to drop a note on your thread. I did a little beach run tonight and going through some of the harder packed stuff that was rocky or frozen truck ruts it felt like really jostled my steering (pre bushing)... Back to my note.. I'm feeling some play in my steering going over this stuff... Steering rack or just not running bumper (no weight) w/650# coils and having sway bar still?

I'll put the bushings through some stuff tomorrow but feels a touch different already just going through some whoops

If your zip tie fixed the issue, then it seems like pretty solid evidence that the bad part got back into production. Did you let dealer try and fix?

I did not even get a chance to go to the dealer b/c they had not time slot to look it over till Wednesday next week. I am really not looking forward to it from what I have read there is a good possibility that a) they won't warranty me b) if they do the work (which will be out of pocket), I have read that their is a alignment issue 80% of the time. Now couple that stuff with the fact that in 3 more days I will be replacing my rears with dakars, B110's and getting a re-alignment due to lifting the front again etc. I am not sure how keen I am in going in for a part that I have also heard does not fix this issue 100% of the time. I could live with this for now. Whats your thought...

Edit: it was pretty remarkable the thud noise that i could make just by shaking the intermediate shaft back and forth with the wheel slightly turned. smh

If it were my truck, and under warranty, I'd made the dealer look into it. It's a faulty design issue. Why would they deny you warranty work?? I don't think alignment was necessary after shaft was replaced.

Don't know if you have Firestone back there. But they offer lifetime alignment service. Get one every day if you want.

lol yea looks like it. I mean you were right I looked around and that part is still finding its way into the 2015 apparently. Shame on me for just thinking that was just the way it felt. The light bulb just went off recently as I have been doing some more offroading with the truck since the king install and was like wtf why is this so jarring. :pout:
