I am selling a brand new, never used Napier truck bed tent for short bed tacomas. I had this for my 2015. I traded it in and now have a long bed so this will not work for me. I only assembled it once to test fit everything. Have never actually used it. Willing to ship at your expense or meet within 50 miles of Dallas area.

Looking for $200 OBO. See below for pics from the test fit. Again, this is the only time is has been assembled. All pieces are included. Nothing was missing.

I've been considering this for awhile. I may get a MX4 cover though which is what I'm apprehensive about.

I had a napier backroadz tent on my 2012 DCLB which I loved. It was also less than half the price.

Do you mind letting me know what the ballpark cost would be including shipping to 32926? It's likely not cost effective compared to buying new...

    Thanks!

    That is a great price!

Do you think I'd be able to use the tent with the rails from an Access Vanish cover in place along with the cover rolled up and OEM cleats in place?

Pictures at the link and photos below for an example. I think the answer is no but wanted to get a second opinion...

I'm planning on having a cover for this truck so I'm starting to realize that the tent may not be the best idea since I don't want to have to remove anything each time we want to use it. We also have a 60 lb Aussie and I am starting to realize that it may be a little too cozy with him, the girlfriend, and I. A 'regular' 3 person tent may be better.

    Thanks again!

I don't think you'll have a problem with the side cleats. There is enough room for them to fit over them and it can still be strapped down from the sides. And if you look at the side view picture, you can see that I have the tent pushed far back against the window and there is room for it to slide towards the tailgate a few more inches. Honestly, after looking at the pictures of the cover you posted, I think it would work. This tent is strapped down in the bed and can really be position wherever you need it. It doesn't have to be in one specific spot. I think there's a good chance of it working, honestly.

ya, I've had other people telling me that they think the tents would work fine with it. A bed tent is definitely on my wishlist, sound like you may be a little full for that though. Haha.

Haha yeah I think I decided to just buy another 3 person regular tent so that we have more space. I can then keep the cooler and gear in the back of the truck under the tonneau cover. We did love the truck tent on my old DCLB though. Sorry for stealing your post earlier haha it was helpful to see. My Access Vanish shows up tomorrow. How are you liking it, any leaking? Any tips for install? Thanks! - Sorry for thread jacking jaredc2306!

It doesn't leak enough for me to care, really only when I use a power washer on the truck.
My only install tip is to make sure you install the bed cleats where you want them before you put on the rail for the cover, you can't get them on after. I learned that the hard way. You can still move them after, you just can't take them off or put them on. Any other questions? I'm glad to help! The regular ten was a good move for you it sounds like.
