For Christmas my wife got me an LED light bar. 21". I found this:

    IMG_0783.jpg IMG_0784.jpg

It's actually a perfect match to OEM switches. However, it matches the ones on the left side of the steering column. All of those slots are already full. As it turns out I discovered the switches in center, just in front of the shifter, are a different size.

Anyone got any ideas for a company that makes an OEM looking switch for the center of the dash?

I haven't dug into it yet but possibly this weekend. I've seen a few posts of people placing one in there, with pictures. Cant locate them now of course, but i know they are here somewhere.

Must be pretty common. I ended up with the center switch myself. I ordered one for the left side so I can have it next to the fogs. I also looked for a writeup for the switch panel under the Hvac controls.

Here is a thread for you to read through, post 42 talks about what is needed to remove that panel. My advice is to try and punch out the blank switch and fish the wires through if you can, probably less of a headache then removing the panel.

Edit: notice you have a 2012, so doesn't really apply but could be much the same

As a side note / alternate question, when I pulled the blank covers off from the center (there are two that are blank) there was already a plug back there for each one. One white and one black. Anyone have any idea what they might be for?

I think they are for factory seat heaters.
