Be sure that you have measured perfectly before you punch any holes.

Punching out the holes for the spacers. The factor holes on mine where a bit offset from each other. Just take your time in measuring it all

Received mine, I unboxed it, and I never received over 2/3rds of the hardware. I also never received any of the spacers.

Luckily I am a machinist, so I quickly made some, I never turned them down or anything so they ended up being 0.812" OD rather than 3/4". That made them a tight fit in the weather striping. I also wasn't sure how long they should be, so I mightve made then too long.

I also had to go buy bolts and washers just to mount it. I also had to use different bolts holding the crossbars in place, as I only received about 12ish of them, nowhere near enough to finish.

Right now I have like a third of the bolts I received, another third socket head cap screws, and another third hex bolts holding everything together, looks goofy.

I also was not able to mount the toward facing wind deflector, as I do not have hardware for that either.

Kinda disappointing really, although I'm hoping, and I know for sure that Zach will likely have no problem sending the screws and mounting spacers. I don't believe they fell out of the box, as it appeared completely undamaged. I'm just hoping I don't have to pay shipping+duties and taxes on them, as I am in Canada and it was already a boat load for duties/taxes just to receive it.

Pics to come later tonight, or tomorrow

Damn, that's a bummer. I had extra of everything, though not enough to finish you up. If it was I'd gladly send them your way

Don't even have enough washers or lockwashers, I'm sure I'll get some.

Issues and/or mistakes do happen, you MUST understand that, you and I just so happened to be one of the select few victims. Anger is not and is never the answer.

    HOWEVER!!!
    PICTURES!!!

Its tough to see, but you'll notice I used different bolts/hardware in different spots, as well as I am unable to mount the wind deflector until I get the correct stuff.
I feel like it sits too high too with my custom spacers. Hoping I can get the correct ones there too.
Going to play around with the crossbar positions over the next few days. I should've bought 3 more!

Got mine mounted yesterday. Orange seemed like a good idea but I think I was over it before I even got started. But once I bought the paint I figured I'd see it through. I'll probably paint it again down the road once I'm bored of it.

Nearly killed the weather stripping in the process of drilling the holes. The first attempt almost ripped the thing apart. If you haven't mounted your rack yet, I strongly recommend not using Bosch brand spade bits. Just go with a simple spade bit: straight sides and a simple triangle point. The Bosch ones have a screw type tip and I realized after the sides are slightly concave. The nature of those bits caused each hole to be slightly smaller and I had to spend extra time shaping each one to get them big enough.

Weatherstripping part was tedious but it's worth taking your time with dremel
On my truck the spacer holes were not in the center of the strip - closer to the inner edge
Used a spade bit - make sure it's spinning on high speed for clean holes

Some Prinsu AccessRack photos for you all!
The side LED's are the ones from Amazon. Worked out really well. I think there's an install on those somewhere in my build thread too.

And after rolling down a mountain. Had the RTT, side LED's and solar panel all mounted on that rack!

I'd appreciate it if you guys would consider my truck for the "It'll buff out" award for 2016! Head over to the linked thread and CAST YOUR VOTE! Only one day left!!!

Thanks again to @zscott for putting this group buy together and hope things are going well with the family.
