    Yeah ... sucks .... they call it theft by conversion. Not grand theft auto since I did actually lend it to him. But like a rental car, if you dont bring it back its stealing!

    At first the police were saying we cant help you since you let him use it. And im like yeah! but not forever! lol

    Had to go to magistrates office and do the warrant and everything. what a pain in the ass!

    Im more worried he robs a bank or lets some drunk girl drive it and shit. I cant be liable for it after i filed the police report, thank god. Thats more concerning to me than the location of the truck. Im sure the police will find it and i doubt it will be messed up. But i dont need the police knocking on my door the day after i get it back saying it was used in a bank robbery or something.
