    Crazy thing about that accident was that was supposed to be Hammet's place to sleep. Everything would have changed if that was the case. Burton was great, but Newsted was heavier. Listen to Justice. IMO, that album WAS Metallica. Kill 'em All had to much Dave Mustaine influence in it. Ride the Lightning was an advance yet still had some of the Kill 'em all flavor only better produced. Master is a very close second to Justice. I would have loved to see how the follow-up to Master would have been w/ Cliff but Justice was pure heaviness.

    I have thought what Metallica would be today if Cliff was alive...I don't think he would have wanted to go the route they went.

    I love Metallica and still do (Hammett is my second cousin) but I enjoy the first 4 albums alot more than the last that have been put out.
