    You ever get a chiropractor to show you how to realign your back on your own ? I was shown two ways one sit in the chair put your elbow on the inside of your knee and flex like your trying to push your knee to the same side as the elbow your using . Or lay flat on a bench keep your upper body on it turn slightly let your hip go off the edge slowly . I don't recall what is trashed on your back so no idea if that will be a good thing for you to do or even help.

    Yes and thanks. I believe I know both you describe. Right now it's up in between shoulder blades. I have knots up under both. Probably both inflamed. I'll ask wife to check and put tens on them.

    Shoulder is meh it is still the damn bicep elbow thing , I woke up with a head ache anyhow but went to PT probably a bad idea but oh well . I basically got jack accomplished yesterday . Thanks for asking though .
