    Based on the fact the sheet rock was nailed and not screwed ... Probably cost and extra 20 bucks to have popcorn done to the ceilings LOL. Trust me when I get enough money new kitchen / bath cabinets are on the list along with a quartz or concrete counter top and several other things lol I could spend probably 75k in about a month with what I would like to do to this place. More if the soil percs well enough that I could have it lifted and put a cellar underneath instead of a crawl space :}
