Who provides nav map

hey guys,

I am stationed in Germany and am trying to source euro maps while I am here. I am trying to find out who provides the maps for our entune system. (Garmin. Etc...)as they sell Toyota here I am hoping it's the same provider and might get something working.

 

Also interested...my map is 2015 and already out of date. Not sure what the cost is to update through toyota but if there's a way to update some files on the sd card from the provider direct at a lower cost I'm all for that.
