No not entirely. Went up to a 34 need to trim fenders and remove plastic inner fender that blocks intake so I can stop rubbing. So snorkel is for that. Plus my street floods during monsoons. But yes I see the irony

A army surplus store ! I seen them there, only one I know of is on mesa drive an broadway but I'm sure if you google you can find one near you.
