Installation is quite easy. Just follow directions provided. The hardware showing on the flare is just for show. Attachment is via the tape and original access points.

I got the WeatherTech headlight protection film also and installed today. Spent about 2 hours working on it and it looks terrible. Could not get all the air bubbles out and had a crease. Sent email to WeatherTech telling the issues I had, hopefully they will take them back as I took them back off my truck.

I'd like to take off the tacoma badges tomorrow. Anyone know if it's held on by pins as well? Hoping it's just adhesive

Just adhesive. I used 20# test fishing line on a hot day, came off easy.

Used my heat gun, it made the vinyl pliable and fit the curves, but couldn't get all the bubbles out. The lenses are very curved so it was difficult to get the vinyl to fit. Warmed the vinyl and lights before install and it helped, but still I'm not happy.

Did my foglights with some vinyl from ebay (4.50) and only have 1 crease hidden behind the cover, would have been nicer if I took them out but that was too much work for me 3 attempts and I was satisfied after the 3rd, don't think I have any bubbles either but havent checked really since i've done it. Trial and error, I would practice with some cheap stuff from ebay and then attempt again. Also I'm in ILM

Use a hair dryer to heat it up. Then a fishing line. The hair dryer heating it up will make it much easier and easier to clean

I've been doing carpentry three years now. 5 months ago i quite my job cause there was a cap on responsibility and positions.I know work for myself now doing subcontracted work. Money is much better but I know hav3 a bit more responsibility than I intended. But it's still an improvement. Thinking about joining the union though. We'll see what this year brings me
