How old are you? Go join the Fire Department. Amazing career and it's a huge accomplishment.

    I can afford Gas.
If you can, work for yourself. you will never get rich working for someone else. You are never too young to start, never experienced enough, so don't put it off.

The secret to success, Communication. Always pick up the call, always return a call and always call if you are late.
Motivation: Be eager to get the job, complete the job and invoice the job.
Make a sale, a contact and a friend in the business each day. Relationships will take you far.

Best of luck to you whichever way you go.

I'll be 27 in April. And I actually thought about that last year. I do side jobs with with a couple fire fighters I met threw work. Ido just have ti do the paramedics class and shit first. I liked the idea cause these guys work 2 24 shifts a week. Decent pay I believe. Obviously good benefits. Than with the extra time in the week they do carpentry shit.

Thanks man. I'm working towards it. Just since I became self employed I've been able to get into a new truck, have the money to pay for my liability and comp insurance and got myself out of a Lil hole i was in. I've just always been the type of person who wants to much and don't have the patience to wait. But how ever shity thathe sounds, that's what motivates me towards getting those things

27? Prime age for career change between 28 and 32. I was 32 when hired on... Go get your stuff and don't wait. If you have the slightest desire to do it, go for it before you can't....

No canbus kit and the lights work perfectly

You don't need the canbus kits for our trucks

Even though ddm says you do...

How are the Katzin seat heaters wired? Since they are seat covers do they plug into the lighter or are they wired into switches? Do the seat heaters just stick on the bottom of the Katzins because that's how it looks on the site. I'm debating on getting an eBay heater kit and sticking it on Katzins. They would have switches similar to factory.

Der. Katzins are upholstery. It's Clazzios that I might be able to afford. They charge $179 for what looks to be the same as the $69 eBay kit that wires into the dash. Does anyone have the Clazzios with heat?
