Took the 3rd leaf out of my Dakar leaf packs. The empty bed ride is 100x better now. I maybe shouldn't have gotten Dakars, but I have them and this was the easiest, cheapest route to fix the empty bed ride. We'll see how the packs hold up to occasional weight.

Minor trimming with a Dremel. There's a line on the center of the bracket that I lined up with that lower grill piece then screwed it in place.

Where are you located? I'm in Massachusetts and I have the grille and surround from my 2015 SR5 that I took off for a TRD Pro swap. I'd make you a good deal on it but I'm not sure if it's worth the money to ship out anywhere.

I think I want to do a TRD Pro grill. I appreciate the offers though!

My truck is black sand pearl 209 paint code. The hood is regular black 202. 99% of people will never tell the difference but I'll probably end up painting it or it would bother me haha. But yeah I couldn't believe it was still available.

Discovered my old Garmin Nuvi 250 bracket fits my phone perfectly. Works well with the Cravenspeed grab handle bar. :D

Took advantage of the warm weather and have the truck some attention. I changed the oil and filter, washed and waxed, replaced the wipers with "winter blades", replaced the power steering fluid using the turkey baster and lubed the hinges with spray white lithium grease.

Just installed the Icon Sway Bar relocation kit. Pretty easy going. Took about an hour. As promised, provided much needed clearance due to 886 upgrade.

I'm glad I was brave enough to cut out the "fins" there was hardly nothing to those things.

Installed my black interior steering wheel controls and HVAC surround. Now to figure out what/how to make my cup holder tray black (manual problems) as well as a different 4WD switch

Nice! I'm not sure about the shifter bezel, but the main options for the 4wd switch are hilux switch or tundra. Let me know if you need the thread info for those options.

    a bunch of new/used parts....and some skids.
Picked up some skids from a guy in the Chicago area.
my one request to the girlfriend after driving out to MN to visit her parents. We arrived at the guys house, girlfriend was really nervous with all of the totalled cars in the yard. Guy turned out to be super nice and informative. Discount for helping him unload front end of a Ford fiesta from his truck.

    Happy New year's all!
