    Oil is a no brainer.

7th kit is a good investment if you have the money

Sounds like you have good plan. See the little vacuum port at the top of the picture.....make sure you cap that. I didn't and I had a P0171 code that I chased for 3 days. I think it is for a boost gauge.

Also, put a good quality set of headers on your list to things to "get". The log type exhaust manifolds are shitty and do not flow enough to get the true benefit of the supercharger.

Is that for a 2.7l? It looks different from the 3.4's supercharger.

Ultimately you want the TRD headers. Toyota does not make them anymore.
Doug Thorley makes some very nice ones....but they are expensive
OBX makes some nice one also, but rumor has it they have had fitment issues in the past. They are a lot cheaper in price, but I don't know about the quality.
JBA has the same reputation as OBX with the fitment issues.

I am in the market for some headers also. I will probably go with the Doug Thorley's.

DT header leaks. I need a few guys with it and always have to adjust them. Don't buy ebay junk, my personal opinion. TRD are good are very small tubing. JBA are good, nice size tubing and use 3 bolt pattern flange

Must have not read about your 7th kit.
Header will be a good investment...

Thorleys are the best. Jba are trash they leak and have tons of figment issues. Depending on your mech skills you'll get much better performance from a set of bigger injectors and a piggyback like a fic 6. Depending on your ethanol bias you can get crazy gains running e85 with the sc. methanol injection is great too. Relatively cheap and reliable IMO but most wouldn't agree.

If you're set on the 7th I'd also consider the URD afr calibrater. The 7th alone has no closed loop fuel management what so ever and these trucks are in CL for 95% of driving.

The 2.2 pulley will really help. Do you know the last time the s/c was serviced?

Really there's no way to tell from smell on these. But I'm more referring to the bearings, seals, and needle bearings in the rear of the housing. Personally I would service it all before putting this all together otherwise you'll need to take the s/c off along the way when it really needs the service.

Well after going ahead with a full rebuild and porting on the Supercharger I just got word from URD that they do not have the 7th injector kits in stock so I asked for a refund and will be going bigger injectors and throwing on a Haltech I have had sitting here in the box for awhile. Not a fan of Standalone ECU's on a truck I plan to use as a DD but such is life

You'll be way happier IMO. The 7th injector only really helps at WOT which, why bother with a sc.

well the way I read the new 7th injector setup was that you could also control fuel and ignition timing with it. If that is the case it seems like it would be somewhat simple to retard the timing a bit where it is detonating and/or add fuel.

All the extra fuel will get trimmed out in closed loop. You really need an afr/o2 skewing device to control closed loop fueling.
