Hmm, I can't install that there in my TRD sport it appears. That exact spot is right where I think the traction control module is on the truck. Might be able to tuck it up against the firewall though just behind it. Anyone done an ARB install on the TRD sports?

Apologies if it is mentioned in this thread, hard to search though 40,000 odd posts and remember everything. It hasn't shown up in my searches yet.

I did a 3/2 leveling kit with some 1.25" wheel spacers and have no rubbing, ever.

Damn, I dig that. What size tires you running? They fill the wheel well perfect. I got 265/70 17s now and they overfill a little but I wanted just a level or not as much as a 3/2...but this maybe changes me mind

I used this guy's tutorial here:

Most of it just pulls off by hand, then I used the pointed end of a bamboo skewer (like you would use for cooking kabobs) to scrape out the excess on the interior of the letters. The bro in the video recommends a flathead screwdriver, but the skewer was pointed enough to do the work while being soft enough to not scratch the clear coat. I've got some more photos in my build thread.

Went out to explore a little trail I found and take some pictures.

Looking to get some time off work to break in the truck on some real trails soon!

Dick Cepek Extreme Country in 255/85r16.

So far so good. I haven't had any fresh snow to try them out in but that trail was all iced/crunchy snow and they tore through it just fine.

Got rid of my major complaint about the Taco. Red turn signals. Upgraded to white/amber switch backs in the reverse housings.
