I forget, do you have any exhaust mods?

Yeah it's a mbrp cat back exhaust. Should I try the stock exhaust?

No, I was just curious if there was any chance there could be an exhaust leak somewhere. I don't have access to any of my work resources but I think that code means there is a discrepancy bank-to-bank as far as rich/lean.

What are you using to clear/read codes with? Does it monitor datastreams at all?

Going to check the fuel pressure, clean the pcv valve and check exhaust leak next.

Just the "wonderful" BD tuner to clear/read codes.

Ah ok, bummer. If you had an Ultragauge or something similar, you could put the O2 lambda readings for both banks up on the screen and see which side is leaner/richer.

It's on the buy list among other things. Will order one if all else fails. It would be a good to know what bank is rich/lean. I'm guessing that doing the intake swaps maybe the issue. And the ecu need to relearn fuel trims.

I would be surprised if it is anything before the throttle body, such as an air intake. From what I have read, P219A/P219B is what the ECU considers to be a mismatch from bank-to-bank. If there was a leak somewhere in the intake, both banks would be lean.

I would expect a P219A/B to be something going on with the intake manifold (such as one of the individual plenum gaskets leaking), or a fueling issue (such as an injector out of spec), or a cylinder head issue (such as one or more valves not seating), or an exhaust issue (such as a leaking gasket, cracked manifold etc), or an O2 sensor issue (leaking bung, too much carbon build up on one of the O2 sensors).

Then again I could be completely wrong and all you have to do is disconnect the battery as others have suggested as cures for a multitude of issues.

@tacomavoyager How does the truck run? Does it have a rough idle or anything? If you have a specific cylinder issue, you'll probably encounter a misfire P0301-P0306 at some point. If it's running good and smooth, its either barely enough to set that P219 or it's something after the combustion chambers (somewhere between the exhaust manifold and the rear O2 sensors).

@loginfailed Truck runs great. No weird or rough idle. I was excited after driving it on the freeway out of town with no light on. I thought for sure I had it cleared. Got home from the freeway drive. 100 miles or so. Parked it for 40 minutes at home then drove a few miles up the road to the movie theater. As soon as I pulled in the parking lot light came on.

Need some install help. I'm on step 118, installation of the new rear support bracket of the SC. Problem is I don't know/don't remember which hole to screw the bolt back in. There is 3 options, and I think the middle one is the correct one (because it lines up with my manual transmission hydro line). But the manual seems to show the bracket being installed in the hole that's toward the front of the truck.

Ok that's where I thought it goes. Unfortunately my Manual hydro line harness does want to shift that far forward. Ugh....

You can always change transmissions... :ohsnap:

Seriously though, if I could have had a MT in a DCLB Limited, I would have jumped on it.

    Last sentence in 118:
If the vehicle has a manual transmission, remount the clutch hydraulic line bracket to the new support bracket.

Not sure if that helps or not.

Right, the problem is the hydraulic line bracket doesn't want reposition to the new bracket. The new bracket seems to shift to the front of the truck.

    That sucks.

Hopefully another MT owner can chime in.

Would really appreciate the help. I'm ready to place the SC on the intake.
