    Yup. Larger bushing on top.

BruteforceFab Front plate bumpers will be installed in the next few days.

Yes there will be a slight gap. But peered into your build. You're going to want to swap that around to get that little extra clearance on the pelfrey bumpers when you get them. Basically the OEM bushings as you can tell are shit. These will not make you nose high but it will tighten everything up... Long story short you'll want to flip them around when you put on a plate bumper because you'll need at least 1/4" from fender flare or you'll be bouncing off that bumper every time you wheel

Not if you gap the bumper off of the flares properly. I'm not arguing that there isn't going to be body/frame twist offroad, but you don't need a body lift to keep bumpers off of flares. If you just space the bumper on correctly you'll be fine

^^^True. I have the stock sized bushing using the Tacoma kit and can easily adjust my bumper to have about 5/8" clearance. I did not want to make the gap larger than stock as you are really slightly body lifting the front with out lifting the rest of the cab.

One more thing. How tight to go on these radiator bushings? They just keep compressing.

Torque is not much. If you keep compressing it you are probably bending and smashing the sleeve.

Or bending the washer with the sleeve.

I get what you're saying but everyone's frames are different. I talked through this with several fabricators. Actually took up 30 min of bruteforce time the other day. He was was saying that in his experience 1 in 5 trucks have gap issues and shimming and new bushing described above are the best way to gain clearance because sometimes the adjustability isn't enough
