I hang / hung around with some interesting people who have fun skill sets to make things easier at times. With that said 2 of them have intimate knowledge of things that go boom it is amazing what you can learn from these types of folks if you pour a Scotch and sit around and listen to their stories. One of the favorite sayings goes " Hi Order Explosives make big problems small and small problems disappear " and from listening to their stories it sounds like it works :} I did get to watch them detonate Hi Order stuff in the Gulf when they were getting rid of one of our ECM pods that ended up in the drink with the air plane near a big coral bed apparently full of sea snakes . You know it is bad when the UDT guys said nope we are not going down there to do it and did it from the surface.

0900 this morning I get a call that the storm washed out a crossing and campers can't get out so I saddled up and went to Quartzsite and re-opened roads. Got home an hour ago, fried up some boneless chicken thighs, warmed up some leftover refries, heavily doused it all in Tapatio and chowed down. Getting ready to watch the last game of the regular season and we'll see how the playoffs unfold.
