Here is my mini haul. I found them looking for any clearance items I could.

 

Only one I got for Christmas. But I'm about to build it

 

The wife said she could not find the black/orange X-wing around here

 

Walmart and target both had it here.

 

Finished! Super cool to build, reminds me a little of the old X-Wing I have

 

Getting him started. He's almost 4 and pretty much built this himself.

 

All of the fleet that is in well put together. Tons more just in pieces

 

That's good looking fleet. You have a couple of ships I still want to get.

It won't get any bigger until I start getting my older ones back together sadly.

 

So I'm sitting here very tempted to order the brick bank. It's not a matter of if, it's when.

 

So I've been looking for the Lego Batman minifigs. My local lego store had 2 packs left and I snagged them up. Of course they were the same fig, Zodiac Master......

Well last night I ordered Assembly Square and Brick Bank (with my VIP points). I now have all in current production. I'd love to get the Grand Emporium if I can find it for a reasonable amount.

 

This is way harder than it looks.

 

Got it. It's Massive.

 

For scale, that's an Emmet minifig on the table in front of the box.

 

This sets legit. Amazing detail on just the first round of bag 1.
Of course they throw you a bone with the buggy...

Something triggered a memory tonight...

Through my years as a kid, my family did little to no camping and we only owned cars.

When I was a little kid (9? 10?) I saved a "bunch" of chore money to buy a toy. I landed on something so random that even my parents questioned it.



It's funny how things come full circle.

Then this happened:

I guess my family stalks me here...they dug up some old Legos and with a few embellishments recreated the set as a Christmas gift.
