    If you do repairs faster then the book and get more hours say couple repairs that book time says 10 hours total to do don't you get paid the rate for the 10 hrs ?

    It's a state thing. It's still all new to me. We see when time comes. I only have a few in there. I've worked enough 55 60 hr weeks over the years. 40 is nice.

    Do they keep accounting of on your pay stub or something ? We get OT and if you were hired before 2012 it counts toward your 3 highest years for retirement calculation.

    But that leads to scamming jobs in the business . Lots of jobs don't pay enough. Warr. pay on rusted out crap is stupid.
    So you need internal filter for what is right as opposed to how much you can make. Lots of people don't have that filter.

    Good morning folks. My 4 day weekend turned into 1 day off, 2 days called in and 1 day off. Going to relax and try to get a few things done around the house...at least get the outside Christmas lights down.
