Does anybody know if the block heater plug outlet will work with TRD pro LED fog lights?

What do u mean with the fog lights? I put a block heater in mine last week. Works great and I have a TRD pro off road 2017 with fog lights.

Where is it located? Not in the fog light housing? Pictures online show it in the normal fog light housing/bezel.

I don't want to sound like a smart ass! But a block heater is just that. A block heater. Keeps the engine block warm/ hot so it's easier starts and faster warm up times. The placement is the driver side rear of motor. You have to get it from the bottom of truck. Remove 1 part holding the cat. Then u can get to it.

Maybe he is talking about where the plug is located to plug the heater to an electrical cord? I know the cord for the block heater on my F250 diesel came out just below the grille.

The heater comes with the wire. U run it how u would like. Then get a extension cord and u r good. They say the heater can't be plugged in and working with motor running. So I put mine on a time to heat up from 3am to 7 am. Also have a battery warmer on as well.

This is what I seen on Toyota accessories
    IMG_0715.jpg

Where the PLUG is on these lights, it doesn't look like the plug would go there on the TRD PRO LED fog lights. I don't want a extension cord hanging out the grill for numerous reasons!

    he means the plug.

the factory one has a plug in right beside the fog light, he wants to know if its still ok with a pro fog light.
I'm curious how long the harness is and where else I can place it after I do my bumper swap.

OK. I see what you mean know. Mine doesn't hang out of bumper. I just pull it through when I'm ready to plug it in. Then I place back in bumper when done.

?'s on your block heater . Was it from Toyota ? does it glue to the oil pan or does it need a coolant plug removed and heat the coolant while being inside the engine block ?

No on both. The block has a spot for it from factory. Just slides in. Route wire. Done. If you go to the site I posted it has video on it. Very very simple.

The heat plug gets hot and fast. I plugged it in for 3 sec and I couldn't hold it. But it warms the block which I guess gets hot enough to heat/ warm the coolant. It took my truck 3 mins to get warm on a 18 degree morning.

Thanks ! $37 is incredible as compared to the Toyota one that is over $600 installed in Canada lol.
I watched the video , great info but ? There is an open hole in the block now ? no plug to take out ?
if there is no plug I wonder why it matters what the coolant is if it never is immersed in it . And who would ever use strait coolant anyway ?
    Thanks again part ordered !
