    Yeah I see what your saying, it's a 9, and seems there's more options/accessories out there for the 45 variants. Mags are cheaper for the 45 as well. Just little concerned of future availability of accessories and such.

    9mm's a little more pleasurable to shoot anyway, especially out of a 1911 platform and all of its weight

    I'll be honest, when they first initially came out with the 9 mm in the 1911, I was pissed and greatly against it due to the disrespect to the platform and Mr Browning. But have since very much warmed up to it and for its great benefits that it offers.

    i have a similar setup, have you had any FTFs with the mag guts?

    also whats the point of the slide stop?

    thanks a lot, i have the G43 with a TLR-6 and talon grips. looking to upgrade the sights next, and i was thinking about a taran tactical mag extension, but those mag-guts sound good.

    I put a deposit down on this thing like 2-3 months ago when FN announced it was coming out with the FDE and I forgot all about till today when my LGS called and said it was in....
