    I did the same thing with my tools as well. After working out of a toolbox with foam cutouts for every tool for so many years it just made sense to do it to my toolboxes. I hated the CTK program but we never lost any tools having the foam cutouts. We did misplace a few tools but we never lost any.

    It does just make sense. It makes it much more enjoyable to work on a vehicle, or aircraft in your previous case, with organization and clean tools.

    Good suggestion! The entire box is only about 5 feet tall so I can actually look into every drawer with no issues to find the right tool. I'm assuming you recommended that to not dig around for the right one without being able to see it?

    They are your most used tools and having them at waist level makes them easier to see what size wrench or socket you need.
