    Got that in the FlipPac including the expense of driving to Prescott and back to get it installed for "free." I keep all of my receipts for my insurance guy but I refuse to add them up.

    I'm sure i just missed it but is it possible the distinguish a oem mirror with heated strip from one without?....while being lazy and not just removing the glass to check the back :anonymous:

    If you're checking on your 2011, then you don't have to check...it doesn't have heated mirrors.

    Thought buddy mentioned some years come with the glass that has the provisions on the back of them already. I know it's not powered or wired for any mirror heating. Just curious if I could save on buying the glass if mine already have it

    No you'll have to buy the glass too. The glass is an exact replacement though, just with the heating strips. It adds to the cost, but these kits are worth it for the quality of the wiring and OEM parts.

    @StevoNB is correct. The Tacoma has never came with mirrors that have heating elements until the 2016 model

    lol that's a good movie! Well this probably won't be available until around spring but I've been working on a 100% plug and play 2lo / 2low module. Still more work to be done but here are a couple of teaser pics :D
    Have designed it so that it is a matter of clicking 4 connectors in and your done, no other electrical connections needed.
