There is Lakehouse in Sterling. Im not a good judge on beer/alcohol though.

Ill go almost anywhere. But Fredericksburg is pushing it for me. About an hour without traffic

 

Tear.... an hour somewhere is a short trip for me...

 

Now that I have better tires, it should be more comfortable
