Naps are NOT over rated IMO! Meds it is a good idea to set google send you a reminder to take them if you have to take them more than once a day. Once you get a case of CRS it helps, just saying...

Now you have me curious, it was good. So looks like it never really took off in the US but it was really well received at first. So they have a 40 year old offering I found with high reviews. Damn. Reports will be welcomed and good luck and have fun on your journey.

If you're in a pinch you can use that potted corned beef....tons of salt though. But spam works too but still have the salt issue.

I'm pretty good at throwing together a quick dinner. My wife's work schedule varies a bit so alot of dinner is on me. Since it's just her and I, it doesn't take alot. Green salad with sliced steak is one of my go to dinners. Slice a steak, throw it in the cast iron pan. Build a salad how you like it with whatever dressing, steak slices on top. 10 -15 minutes.

Sliced steak over a bed of mushroom rice. One sliced cooked steak one can cream of mushroom soup , can of rice , small can of mushrooms . Mix soup and water then add in 1 can of rice and small can of mushrooms nuke it for 6 to 8 min depending on your nuke and done. :} If you like toss in a handful of frozen veggies .

Here's cheap and quick. Brown and rumble 1-2 pounds of ground venison with a thinly sliced onion with some olive oil (can add a splash of white wine if you'd like). Chop a head of cabbage like you would for cole slaw and stirfry with meat, add a little more olive oil, and cook until cabbage is translucent. A little salt, pepper, and some hot sauce and your done.
