Maybe this will help explain my problem.

See how the rear stay is at an angle. The bottom of it is in the hole closest to the front of truck. Im sure it should be mounted to the middle hole. I'm pretty confident about that. But my manual hydraulic line (which is a hard steel tube) won't extend enough toward the front of the truck for the surge stay bracket to be straight up and down when the bracket is mounted to the front (which what I can find should be the correct position).

I went with the middle hole. It seemed to fit all criterias better. If I'm wrong on this let me know and I'll reposition

One size doesn't always fit all, especially with different model years and changes in emissions.

Go with what fits best. Hopefully you won't have to get a bracket fabricated.

Also, check in the performance forum. You might find some help there.

Today was the first trail ride since the S/C install. The low end torque is fantastic - 1st gear/4 lo was heavenly. Crawling along at 2mph I only had to worry about my line, and when you need a quick burst of power to clear an obstacle it is right there :bananadance:

No pics of the hill climb - too busy trying to not roll off - but we were rewarded with fresh bear scat up top :D

Sorry, just saw these. Its dark and raining outside right now but I can snap some pics to see if those will help when it gets light out if needed. I have a 2010 manual, not sure what year differences there are between @Camby and mine.

DONE! Installation completed! Took me longer than I care to admit but no problems prior to a soft test drive. Fingers crossed.

Edit** is it normal hear the coolent for the SC and LTR swishing around, and cycling through? I realize the two new tubes and the resevoir that are near the cab. Is that where the noise is coming from?

    Nice!

Yep, you can hear the coolant circulating through the LTR circuit. I don't even notice it anymore.

    How does she run?

The coolant pump will also kick in when your truck is off. Guaranteed to startle you the first couple of times you hear it.
