    My 2011 Tacoma trd needs new tires can I go with LT tires instead of passenger tires can I go with 265/75/r16 instead of 265/70/r/16

    Yes but the ride will be harsher, even with load range C tires (lightest grade of LT tires commonly available), let alone load range D or E.
    Yes. Note if you run wheels with less offset than OEM, the 1" larger tire may rub the mudflaps.
