Double Cab owners do you feel too small?

Is the bed in the double cab too small when you put a toolbox in it?

 

It's too small for everything! (even with out a toolbox, it's the only complaint, should have gotten a long bed)

 

But with the long bed you cant get the trd package

 

i think even in my longbed it would be to small for a tool box, but i need my bed for bikes, while other people have different uses

 

you can get a TRD Sport in a longbed... just not the TRD Offroad

 

I definately agree to that, although I have hauled everything from plywood, drunk friends, steel targets and furniture in mine. I think it could be 6" wider and another 2-3' longer. Note to self, pay the
money for a longer bed.

I only have the SR5 anyways, just don't like the looks of the longbed

 

the d/c is like 13 inches shorter than the a/c but i think i'd like to have more cab room

 

If street driving and hauling stuff is what you do most... get the long bed. If you want to do a lot of off roading get the short bed with TRD Off Road. I don't carry enough stuff to warrant the long bed as long as I can keep my dog and camping stuff back there I am set.

 

i was looking at the four door Rubicon but they are but ass ugly two door is a jeep not a four door limo

 

yeah ive always got a trailer or a one of those hitch baskets..i mean idk how my 91 adds up too a new bed length and ive got a toolbox in mine

 

Does anyone have pics of a double cab with a toolbox...and does the back seat fold on the double cab..and does the back windows let all the way down or do they stick up a lil

yesssir well the seats fold down from the back laying down on top of the seat, and there is a plastic backing on it. and the windows go all the way down-- and there are clips to hold to hold the seat belt back

Man i wish they made a trd offroad long bed Id be all over that.....! even for the extra price!!! and it would look really cool too i think....!

More rocker panels to cover thats why they make sliders for long bed dbl cabs!

Also I downhill mountain bike... and have to use a roof rack cause taking thru axles off is a pain! I am 6 foot 3 but seriously it sucks to have to lift a 50 pound plus bike on top of a 5ft tall truck... and then get mud all over your paint!
