I like the X-treme, I have just a regular red one and it works damn well.

But I would say get the 60" the 48" wont do much for you to be honest with the lift...

 

Dang it man - I dont think the 60" will fit behind the cab

I already have the mounts for that section of bed rail

 

Do the sides then? It will barely fit on the sides tbh but will fit.

But I was originally going to get a 48" until I did some research and realized that it would be pointless and go the 60" instead.

 

I've never had issues with a 48" and I've had to use it under duress a few times. You have to be in a real bad situation to need that extra foot on a Tacoma.

Always safer though to have the extra for it. Never know when it might come in handy.

I'm kinda hung up on this right now myself. It'd be nicer to have the longer jack for winching, but not totally necessary for lifting the truck. Since I've got the short box bed I'll likely go with the 48".

I have the SB and the 60" barely fits.

 

Good to know, I figured it wouldn't fit.

 

I mean it will fit, but just barely. I have to keep the base plate off of it for it to work though.

mmmmmmm now what to do to the truck....

I think start saving up for rear high clearance with swing out, full size spare, and rotopax for fuel.

Have so many things that I have already that just needs to be installed.

I would get more use out of the swing out than a winch I would more than likely hardly use I think.
