I've not had a flu shot ever but my doctor told me I should make sure to get one this year with the whole RA thing going on. My immune system is already attacking my body so I have the potential to get sick very quickly.

TBH this was the first year I have gotten one in a very looooooooooong time

And i only got it so I could get the points with Humana and get %10 off my health care lmao

 

I've had the flu before I knew I had RA and it was terrible. It was around the holidays a few years ago and I kept working thinking it was just a cold and eventually almost passed out at work. Someone picked me up from work and took me to the ER and I had a 103 fever and was crazy sick and ended up in bed for almost a week. I don't want to do that EVER again so I'll eventually get the shot.

lmfao i slept that 20 hours, then did newyears eve and slept till 3pm sunday, and was in bed asleep by 9

without sleep i'd be an even meaner person
