    That's tax, tag, and fees

pin stripe / road insulation = 185.50 (mandatory, which is funny because I had the pin striping removed before I left the dealership)
predelivery service charge = 699.50 (dealer fee)
electronic registration filing fee = 129.00 (another dealer fee)
lead acid battery fee = 1.50
    new tire fee = 5.00
sales tax (Florida, Brevard county) = 1948.83
    county tax = 25.00
lemon law - warranty enforcement act = 2.00
    title transfer = 180.00

    that brings 31430.00 to 34606.33

I'm super happy with the price because I paid under invoice and that doesn't even include the miscellaneous extras since it was over 6000 off MSRP

Honestly they are both GREAT trucks. I miss the 4.0L only due to the low end torque. But the new one has grown on me and feels pretty damn good in the higher RPM range. I will know more when I eventually lift the new one and put the 33 12.50s on it. But overall I am extremely pleased with the trade. I just know the few mods I have made , have made a huge improvement over stock as far as looks go.

Holy crap man well all said and done that seems like a great deal. But holy F*ck thats a lot of fees, I guess I got lucky I had a $199 dealership fee that was it. And in Montana we don't have sales tax, that's why your figures through me off.

New seat covers to match the Blazing Blue Pearl. They look fantastic and are a very close match! Much easier to clean than the cloth factory seats.

Yeah the taxes and fees are painful. Either way, it was 6k off MSRP before TTL and 2.5k off MSRP even after TTL so I was super stoked what I walked away with.

    Total MSRP: $37,512.00
Selling Price: $31,430.00 (Discount: $6,082.00 off MSRP)
    Total OTD Price: $34,606.33

I believe they are Wet Okole. They are made of neoprene (wet suit material). Had them in my 2010 and love them.

They are CoverKing Neosupreme from Autoanything.com: http://www.autoanything.com/seat-covers/61A7669A0A0.aspx

They are neoprene (wet suite material) like the Wet Okole, but they're less expensive than many other seat covers I looked at. They were very affordable and shipped super fast. There is a ton of positive reviews on the site specifically for the 2016/17 Tacoma. I'm going to add to that positive feedback. They looks great, are nice and tight, installation was fairly easy (1 hour with two people), and the blue color is a great match for the BBP truck.

I've only had for a few days and I'll update if I run into any problems, but as of right now, I'd very highly recommend.

When I was shopping for seat covers I went to my local upholstery shop for their opinion. They recommended the Clazzio over all others. They told me, based on my TRD Sport seat material, that Wet Okolie would cause more friction wear on my original seats than the Clazzio covers. They stopped making seat covers because the material they used also caused friction wear on the original cloth seats. If you are in doubt then you should also ask an expert about seat cover material.

Just rained and only a single drop of water under one of the rails. Didn't look like anything got in near the cab or tailgate. Super happy with this cover! Doesn't leak (so far), sits almost flush (1/2" above rails), and pretty seamless to operate. Was a little bit of a pain to install with subpar instructions.
