Did a quick search on UPS and ground shipping to east coast would be about $240 for just the wheels and $450 for wheels and tires. Plus a little more for packaging.

I mean the tires you can get $824 shipped online so I doubt he's gonna sell them for $600. It be a better local pickup

Yea I won't sell just the tires. No point as you can get a better deal online. The bonus is in the whole setup or just the wheels, TPMS and lug nuts. The whole setup cost about $2,300 between equipment, mount/balance and replacement certs. If you were to buy new rings and have everything shipped as a whole you would still save a few hundred over new, depending on where you are.
