I feel like I'm wasting it in traffic. Just running down the value. Initial cost of a shitty daily can be paid in cash and not thought of again. More insurance isn't fun though so you have a point there.

2004 with 60k miles. Blue book is $11k, I paid $5k. I really like the full size life though, so it's on 4Runner tow pig duty until I give in and sell it

I hope the weather is nice on the 15th so I don't have to drive the Runner to Denver.

Finally got my boost gauge and ultra gauge placed in the vehicle. Have them both on with double sided tape for now. Turns out that then I play with the boost gauge in a snowy parking lot I get 13.5mpg. The more you know. 0103171914a.jpg

I seem to be able to still pull 18-20 going 80 on i25 but the trips to work in sub zero are killing me.

I am lucky if mine can hit 80. Started at 12 and managed a hair under 17 going to Keystone and back.

You need a suprcharger. For gas mileage.

Took the truck up to the mountain yesterday. It runs so beautifully on snow packed roads from town at 6,200 ft up to 9,300 at the area. Two wheel drive, never slipped a tire and speed limit whole way.

No picture of the truck but here is a video of my first run of the day.

I've got my scan gauge there also like many. It works ok but certainly interferes with my being able to see my bright light indicator. It typically isn't an issue except that one time I didn't respond to someone flashing there brights at me and it was a police man. He flipped around on me and I realized the situation had some quick explaining to do.

You don't have projectors due you? The brights indicator hasn't worked for me since I did my retrofit.

I do have projectors but cant remember if it was before or after. Actually I cant think of if the light works right now since you said that but I'm pretty sure it does. You'd think I would know but I bet I've driven less than 60 hours at night in 3 years. I'll check today though.
