After years made middle rack. Then made Chief and started all over again in the Chief's berthing LOL.

Yep a lot of card games and crap tables using a middle rack over the years.

 

I have had a Takagi Tankless NG for about 15 or so years. These things are great if you are on propane or Natural gas. Only 2 drawbacks -- you should have a water softener to feed the heater as there are a bunch of sensors in the water flow line and they are a bit more with the plumbing to hook them up. My son takes care of me on the plumbing part. He was skeptical for years till a few years back, then he put in a Renai tankless.
The US is only one of about 3 countries to use "tanked" water heaters!

Put the work order in about 6 hrs ago still no one from maintenance has come by and they only have 1.5 more hours until they go home

 

Just waiting here in my apt for someone from maintenance to fix my water heater that may or may not be fixed until friday

Apartments buy the cheapest crap. They are owned by deep pocket companies that pay themselves ungodly amounts of money. I know first hand.
Wife was married to a dude that's a ceo of such but learned the hard way money does not bring happiness.
